Warden Estates is a traditional agricultural estate surrounding the Hamlet of High Warden and the Village of Low Warden, and sits alongside the North and South Tyne rivers.

The Estate comprises the family farm of High Warden Farm, Estate Cottages, The Boatside Inn with B&B & Holiday Cottages, The Boatside Business Centre, Fishing on the North and South Tyne and Fallowfield Dene Caravan Site near Acomb.

High Warden Farm

An arable and pastoral farm, High Warden Farm has been owned and farmed by the Straker family since 1890.

Warden Fishing

Consisting of 4 miles of fishing on both the North and South Tynes including their junction.

Fallowfield Dene Caravan Site

Set in the heart of Hadrian’s Wall Country, Fallowfield Dene is a great base from which to explore.
